We prioritize safety in our transport services. Drivers are instructed to pull over and rest if they become sleepy, but the place of rest is at the driver's discretion. An additional fee will apply if you prefer your pet and driver to stay in a hotel.
Since our transports are private and exclusive for you and your pet, drivers use their personal vehicles. We do not use big transportation trucks.

Our driver's do have crates and seatbelt leashes.
Cats are placed in a larger kennel with a litter box, food bowl, and water bowl that we will refill as needed throughout the trip. Cats tend to be escape artists and are typically not taken out of the kennel.
No. We have a no-paws-on-the-ground policy for our drivers when transporting puppies that have not had all their shots. We will clean the cage throughout the transport, delivering you a clean puppy.
